Janie L. Hendrix is President/CEO of Seattle based Experience Hendrix & Authentic Hendrix, the family companies of Jimi Hendrix.  Founded by James ‘Al’ Hendrix in 1995, after fighting alongside daughter Janie to secure Jimi’s music rights, the mission is to preserve and protect Jimi’s legacy. Ms. Hendrix has made it her life’s work to ensure the rock icon’s artistic contributions maintain a presence in current and future pop culture.
