💜 DISCUSSION — How are you taking care of yourself? Feel free to bring any other questions or topics on your mind (and it doesn’t have to be on self-care!)

💜 WORKSHARE — If you have a song/poem/ any work of art you want to share + to receive collective feedback, want to share work and be witnessed, or have a question that you'd like for us to have a discussion on, we will be doing a share out towards the end!

💜 WHO — This space is open to ALL women and non-binary young artists between the age of 14-21 years old and we will be meeting via Zoom!

💜 WOMEN VS WOMXN — We want to acknowledge that in our past sessions, we have spelt women as womxn with intentions of including trans women. We have learned that using womxn may do the opposite of inclusion. Moving forward, we will be saying women, but with the intention of it not having cisgender women be the default. Women also includes trans women and femmes! We also want to say that how you identify is enough and valid. If you identify as womxn that is valid! If you identify as non-binary and a woman, that is also valid! If you’re unsure and navigating it, that is also valid as we are constantly transforming and growing into our truths.

💜 LAVENDER SESSIONS
Lavender Sessions is a space for the women and non-binary artists ages 14-21 of Totem Star to convene together to share music and stories, and provide mutual support and care for one another.

Join Artist Mentors, Momma Nikki and Amy LP, and Tracey in creating art, collaborating, holding community discussions, and just being together. We look forward to sharing space with you all.
