Edgar Vega is a lyricist, beat maker, an aspiring recording engineer, a senior at Big Picture High School in Burien, and is returning as a Totem Star intern through a partnership with Big Picture High School.

 
ZAG

Amr Awwad
- Recording Studio Assistant Manager

ZAG, real name Amr Awwad, is an Egyptian Hip-Hop artist, Spoken Word Poet, and DJ. Driven by his passion for social justice and Equity, ZAG has been vocal and active in the Hip-Hop and Spoken Word community, performing at many venues including The Moore Theatre and MoPop’s Sky Church. ZAG is also a 2016-2017 Seattle Youth Poet Laureate Ambassador. In the future, he hopes to go back to Egypt and start his own nonprofit, helping youth know their rights through art and self-expression.

Zo Dunbar

Tapping into the current musical zeitgeist, the music of singer-songwriter, Zo, is shaped by musical mix masters such as Ed Sheeran, Lenny Kravitz and John Mayer; combining elements of seemingly disparate musical forms and influences, to develop a sound that is wholly and truly his own. The young Augusta, GA native turned Seattle artist began playing guitar when he was just 10-years-old and by the time he reached 12, Zo was penning his own lyrics. Although Zo has been writing and performing for years, 2018 will see the first commercial release of his music
